Duncan Ross
Lead Pastor
Duncan Ross has served as our lead pastor since 2017. Prior to his pastorate at North Shore Church, Duncan served in Duluth, Minnesota for 26 years as the lead Lead Pastor for Mount Of Olives Baptist Church. Duncan graduated from Bethel Seminary in 1990 with a vision for God, the church and a heart for revival that is largely unchanged. He longs to see God's Spirit move among God's people to form healthy churches centered around God, driven by the truth and shaped by the gospel. Duncan and his wife of 42 years, Michele, have four grown children — Nathan, Andrew, Sarah, and Anna who all live in Minnesota. We are very grateful to have Duncan with us as we transition to a new season of ministry at North Shore.
Allisen Shawver
Church Administrator
Allisen grew up in Portland, OR until her family moved to the Atlanta area when she was 14. There, she met and married her husband, Blake. Blake and Allisen have three growing sons, Gabe, Garrett, and Greyson. The Shawver family moved to Menominee in 2011, and absolutely love it! They have added two dogs, Luna and Skippy, to the chaos. She serves as our Office Administrator and enjoys leading worship, being involved in both the women’s and children/youth ministry, reading and listening to podcasts,
Sue Hixon
Facilities Custodian
Sue currently serves as the custodian for North Shore, She grew up in Hermansville, MI, is married to John and lives in Menominee. She has two daughters and three grandchildren. Sue enjoys working with John at his scrapping business and ministering to those in need through our Mercy Ministry and newly formed Outreach Ministry.

Brian Fowler
Brian began attending North Shore in 2013 with his wife (Christi) and his two daughters (Jojo and Emma). He has been an elder since 2015. He met the love of his life, Christi, in college in Texas and married her in 2001. Both of their daughters were born while still in college. After graduating they moved to Virginia for seven years to work at a Shipyard. Brian and family moved to Menominee from Virginia in 2013.
Scott Frederiksen
Scott started coming to Northshore in 2012. And in 2016 I became a member. Scott along with his beautiful bride, Kim Frederiksen, we were baptized shortly after joining. They have been married almost 11 years and are blessed to have three girls.
Andy Fendryk
Andy first attended North Shore in 1993 with his girlfriend, now wife, Jennifer. Shortly thereafter he accepted Christ as his savior and married, they have 3 daughters now grown and married and actively serving in the church body of North Shore as well. It was around 2015 when he felt God's calling to become an elder in the church and has been happily serving there since.
